Dear Linda! This was very timely. I took a break for a while and am now working hard to establish a part-time practice again. I've been asked to define Forest Therapy and EcoNIDRA, and find that many do not understand the language I use. Your descriptions of everything are simple, clear and open-hearted. I've asked several friends for input; some have had exposure to what I do, others not.
