They left us this week, and now they are everywhere. Andrea Gibson gives me a new perspective on what it means to die as a human. Bravery, strength and a belief in more than we can see, hear and touch. Regardless of what we say we believe, it is another thing altogether to believe it with our whole bodies and souls.
This poem, Homesick, speaks to the very heart of my love for this Earth. Yours, too, maybe. I hope you’ll listen and not pass it by. It is as urgent as breaking news, as touching as stories coming from the floods.
Listen. Feel it in your bones. Then, begin your day.
With love, light and awe,
Linda
